From the convenor: Lane Cove Scrabble Club is the newest club in the Sydney metropolitan area, established by Scrabble NSW in July 2016. The fully licenced Lane Cove Bowling & Recreation Club on Burns Bay Road is the new venue, with games starting at 5.30pm every Thursday.

The club is affiliated with Scrabble NSW, meaning that players who join the club also become members of the State Association, thus affording many benefits.

Both social and serious play, one-on-one, are possible, with expert help being available for any player wanting to improve their game and perhaps try out competition play,
